My feelings regarding food.
This is draining me completely but I don’t want to stop. I just want to see the number on the scales go down.
Every time I am in a situation where I can’t control the food I am eating it makes my breathing increase and start to panic because I know that once I start to eat I won’t be able to stop - no matter what it is, no matter how full I am.
When I look in the mirror all...
Today's intake:
Food:
Low calorie energy drink: 8 calories
Half a can of soup: 68 calories
Can of Pepsi Max: 1 calorie
Low calorie energy drink: 5 calories
Total = 82 calories
Exercise:
40 minutes walking: -112 calories (aprox)
Total = -112 calories (aprox)
Net = -30 calories (aprox)
NB: Chewed and spat out two packets of crisps. I couldn’t eating them.
